Open your team's settings
Head to the team's settings — the same place you set the team color and default announcer.

Invite them by email
Add your assistant coach to the team's staff by entering their email address. That's the whole invite.

They sign in — the team is just there
Your assistant downloads WalkAmp free and signs in with that email. The team shows up on their phone with full access: lineup, songs, announcements, Sound Board, all of it.

Split the job on game day
Either phone can run the show — you fill out the lineup card, they tap the batters. Handy for tournaments when coaches rotate duties.

Kid-safe by design. There are no player accounts and nothing about your players is public — team access is coach-to-coach only. Sharing teams is included with the free trial and the Season Pass.

Not all music carries over. Songs added from your own files stay on the phone that added them, so the other coach can't play those until they add their own copy from My Music. WalkAmp does not upload or store your music. Full Apple Music tracks need an Apple Music subscription on their phone; without one, the free 30-second clip plays instead. Apple Music songs, Free Music Catalog songs, and WalkAmp Hits do play on any phone with access to the team, and the start time and everything else on the player is already set.
